Both perfection in completely different ways.
People from the midwest are obsessed with Ranch. We put it on everything. French Fries, Chicken, Salad, Grilled Cheese and anything else we can think of. You should be aware of this before you travel to the country's interior. Metro-Detroit has an especially fantastic vintage of Ranch. 1997 was a good year.
Any condiments you cant live without?
does hummus count as a condiment?

I am going to say no...that hummus is more of a dip. Unless you, Shane, use it on french fries or on a Sammich at least once a week. However, this is not a hard and fast ruling :)

One man has eaten a yinzer (seven whole potatoes) by himself! We do run a month long Beer Belly (enough for 3 to share) eating contest in January every year.
