I am not sure if anything can be done, but my idiot husband threw away my "free coffee" post card I received last week for being part of the gold status reward program. Is there a way to resend?
And less than 14 hours later, I received this response:

I was sorry to hear that you post card had been discarded by accident. I will be more than happy to have a replacement sent out to you. You should receive it in 7-12 business days.
